'Miss Real' is All Grown Up.

Previews of the new capsule collection of Miss Real's sister label Real Women has seen the young quirky brand, that has graced the concession floors of Top Shop Basement, New Look and Dunner (Ireland) develop into the sophisticated, elegant women that she is. With their design emphasis being more 'investment' focused, the label has ditched its cotton sateens and polyester drapes for Shantoon silks and weighted crepes.

Although still in it's development stages and therefore not available to buy for sometime, FaceFashionology has got a sneak preview of the up-and-coming collection (see above)

With many high street brands venturing away from the disposable fashion market, as no one can compete with Primark nowadays, the interest in  investment, statement pieces is slowly becoming the forefront of today's fashion. And I think Real Women has got a winner with that one. Their 'deeper than dark' emphasis on black provides the perfect platform for the new 'LBD' interpretation and with that asymetric beaded neckline and graduated hem line (of the last picture dress) you cant get much more 'statement'ed, can you?

This new direction of the Miss Real label is definitley one to watch.

Much love;

Miss Real
